I bought these a while ago and they have performed well. My heavier gloves simply don’t fit inside my basket-hilt side sword and these offer the perfect solution. I have full mobility and can hold the sword in all the finger grips that give good point control. Any strike that gets through your basket hilt will not have much power and these protect very well against those. Definitely don’t want to use them fighting longsword, though. They also work well for synthetic knife fights.
